Graduation Time

This past Wednesday night Candace and I went to Madison, Hayden and Kennedy's graduation. The graduation was at First Pentecostal Church in Bakersfield. What an exciting time to celebrate their achievements. Way to go you guys! We wish you the best of luck in the future!

Mother's Day 2008

This Mother's Day was a day of honor and praise. The day started off with our Sunday morning Mother's day service where poems are read and songs are sung in honor of all our mothers. Each mother that is in service receives a special gift. This year the gift was a hand crafted pen and pencil set made by one of the men in our church. During the Mother's Day service I sang a song entitled "Let Them Be Little". I spoke about our children and the pressure to grow up too soon. I also spoke about my wonderful mother who has created special moments and memories in my life. I have an awesome mother who has always been there for me during the good times and the bad. I could not have asked for a better mom. I love her with all of my heart. This year our church had record firsts. We had a record number of mother's in attendance. I think there were 25 mother's at the service and we have three pregnant ladies, that is also a first for us. After the service the whole Tredway family went to eat lunch. We had a great time together celebrating.

Chloe's Baby Shower In Strathmore

This past Saturday we had yet another baby shower for Chloe. This was another great party where friends and family gathered to show their love and support for our new arrival with splendid gifts. We opened everything from Target gift cards to dresses, books, diapers, bottles, blankets, pacifiers, diapers, diapers, and the list goes on and on. This was a great baby shower, good food, fellowship and fun. Thank you to all who came. We love and appreciate you all!

Fun Day At The Park

My sister and her husband are gone to Jamaica on vacation so Candace and I had our niece and nephew Madison and Bowen for a night and day, while my parents had a graduation to attend. This was the first time that Madison and Bowen both stayed the night at our house. On Saturday we took Madison and Bowen to the park. We had a picnic lunch and they played on the toys. We had a wonderful time with them. They are such cute and lovable kids! Here are some pictures of our day.

Baby Shower In Bakersfield

Chloe Addison had her baby shower in Bakersfield at Grandpa Jr. and Grandma Candy's house. We had a great time with friends and family sharing our excitement and anticipation of our soon arrival. Thank you to all who came and celebrated with us. We love and appreciate all of you. This was not just a party for the ladies, this party was for the men also.

Revival

We have been in a wonderful Revival with Bro. & Sis. Doug Wright. God has been moving in a wonderful way. One new convert has received the Holy Ghost and got baptized and many others have been refilled and renewed. God is using Bro. Wright in an awesome way to encourage and challenge our church to grow in God. I am expecting great things during this weekends services.
