Christmas

This year we had a wonderful Christmas because we had the best gift of all, little Chloe Addison. This was Chloe's first Christmas and she had a ball tearing open the presents and playing with the wrapping paper. Thank you to all who made this holiday one of the best ever. We love all of our friends and family! Truly being together and sharing time together is the best present we could give one another. May God bless everyone with a wonderful year in 2009.

Christmas Program 2008

This year we had another great Christmas program. During our Christmas program there is singing, reading of parts, and drama. This year our stick and drama team did a wonderful job. The program ended with my mom doing sign language for the song I AM YOU ARE. It was beautiful. We had a good number for visitors and the spirit of God was very evident throughout the program. Here are some pictures from that night.

Christmas Greetings

If you did not receive a Christmas card from us this year we are very sorry. Things have been very busy and crazy around our house with banquets, parties, programs and work. We feel so bad that we missed you, so here is your very own digital Christmas card. We love all of you. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

At Big Bubbas For Grandma's Birthday

This Friday night our family celebrated Grandma Tredway's 79th birthday at Big Bubbas. We had a wonderful time with our family celebrating this special event for a well deserving person. Grandma is a wonderful person who has been a major part of all of our lives and we love and appreciate her very much. She is a strong tower for our family and has been a wonderful example of a Christian. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA! WE LOVE YOU!

Trip To The Zoo

Grandpa and Granna took Chloe to the Fresno Zoo a week ago, and they let Candace and I tag along. We had a great time looking at all the animals. It has been a long time since I went to the Zoo. I think the last time I went to the Fresno Zoo was with my school and I was in the 2nd grade. Thank you Grandpa and Granna for a fun weekend! I told Chloe that we were going to visit the rest of her relatives. We all got a good laugh out of that one.

It is hard to believe that daddy's little girl is already five months old. Coco is growing so much and changing everyday. She has so many cute expressions wish we could share them all with you. Chloe's new things to do is bouncing up and down and patting everything with her hands. It is so cute! Here are just a few photos to share with our friends and family.

Happy Halloween

This was Chloe's first Halloween and she was the cutest little bumble bee you have ever seen. Granna and Papa Monks came to visit and we sure had fun. We went around to all our families houses and collected candy & kisses. Later that night we had a fun evening with Papa and Nana Tredway (my parents) and Granna and Papa Monks. This was a fun day. I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween.

Thank you for coming to see me in my costume Granna and Papa Monks. Love, Chloe.

Chloe 4 Months & The Pumpkin Patch

Can you believe that Chloe is already 4 months old. Where does the time go. Candace and I were just talking the other day how we used to hold our little girl in our arms, so small, and now she is 15 lbs. The little newborn stage is over and she is now in the infant stage. Watching her grow is amazing. She is smiling a lot, sitting up on her own, and trying to roll over. She is also starting to get up on her knees when she is laying on her belly, but she is just not sure how to get the crawl going. Chloe is laughing out loud and it is the cutest little chuckle you have ever heard. She is also at the grabbing stage where anything in sight is in her hands. The other day Candace was at Marshall's with her sister and Chloe kept pulling the clothes off of the hangers. She already loves to SHOP! Daddy is in big trouble.

This past Saturday we took a trip to the pumpkin patch. What a great time we had. The kids picked out pumpkins, played in the hay maze, and petted the animals. Chloe had a fun time riding in her little red wagon and watching everyone. We had a wonderful time with my sister, her family and my parents. Papa got Chloe her first pumpkin. What fun we are going to have carving it. I will be sure to post the pictures.

Sweet Little Chloe

Our sweet little Chloe is feeling much better. Thank you to all who said a prayer for her. She is getting back to her normal-sweet self. Chloe is such a good baby, that when she does not feel good, you can really notice the difference. She is all smiles now!

Sick Little One

For all of our fellow bloggers, will you please keep our little Chloe Addison in your prayers. She is fighting the flu bug and has a severely sore throat. She went to the pediatrician today and she said that she has little blisters on the back of her throat and that is causing her a lot of pain. It hurts for her to swallow, so eating and taking her medicine is very painful. Candace and I did not get much sleep last night, being that Chloe was awake almost every hour because of the pain. Please keep "us" in your prayers. Anyone who has had a sick little one knows how hard it is when you cannot do anything to ease their pain.

Surgery Update!

Thank you to all who prayed for Candace during her gallbladder surgery today. The day started off a little hectic when the hospital called and said there was an emergency surgery in progress with Candace's doctor to stay at home and wait for a phone call. Candace was to be at the hospital at 9:30 a.m. in the morning and her scheduled surgery time was for 11:30 a.m. The hospital called at 11:30 a.m. and said they were ready for Candace. When we got to the hospital they did all the pre-op stuff and Candace went into surgery at 1:10 p.m.. The surgery lasted about an hour, and then she went into recovery. I did not get to see her until about 3:30 p.m. and we were on our way home at 4:00 p.m. Everything went well, and she should be as good as new in a few days. She is in a little pain this evening, but other than that she is doing great. Thank you Jesus, for keeping your hand upon one of the most precious people in my life.

This past Sunday we were in Bakersfield taking family pictures with the whole Condren Family. Here are a few of the pictures of Chloe and her Papa and Granna. I know the pictures are small, there is a problem with the sizing. I will try to figure out what is wrong and fix it as soon as possible. Just wanted to share a few photos of our little girl "CoCo".

Candace's Surgery

Please pray for my beautiful wife on Thursday October 9th for a safe surgery and a quick recovery. Candace is having her gallbladder removed because of the pain that has given her much grief over the past few months. We will keep you posted as to her progress. Thank you in advance for your prayers. It is so good to have so many friends and family that know how to pray!
