Chloe 4 Months & The Pumpkin Patch

Can you believe that Chloe is already 4 months old. Where does the time go. Candace and I were just talking the other day how we used to hold our little girl in our arms, so small, and now she is 15 lbs. The little newborn stage is over and she is now in the infant stage. Watching her grow is amazing. She is smiling a lot, sitting up on her own, and trying to roll over. She is also starting to get up on her knees when she is laying on her belly, but she is just not sure how to get the crawl going. Chloe is laughing out loud and it is the cutest little chuckle you have ever heard. She is also at the grabbing stage where anything in sight is in her hands. The other day Candace was at Marshall's with her sister and Chloe kept pulling the clothes off of the hangers. She already loves to SHOP! Daddy is in big trouble.

This past Saturday we took a trip to the pumpkin patch. What a great time we had. The kids picked out pumpkins, played in the hay maze, and petted the animals. Chloe had a fun time riding in her little red wagon and watching everyone. We had a wonderful time with my sister, her family and my parents. Papa got Chloe her first pumpkin. What fun we are going to have carving it. I will be sure to post the pictures.

Sweet Little Chloe

Our sweet little Chloe is feeling much better. Thank you to all who said a prayer for her. She is getting back to her normal-sweet self. Chloe is such a good baby, that when she does not feel good, you can really notice the difference. She is all smiles now!

Sick Little One

For all of our fellow bloggers, will you please keep our little Chloe Addison in your prayers. She is fighting the flu bug and has a severely sore throat. She went to the pediatrician today and she said that she has little blisters on the back of her throat and that is causing her a lot of pain. It hurts for her to swallow, so eating and taking her medicine is very painful. Candace and I did not get much sleep last night, being that Chloe was awake almost every hour because of the pain. Please keep "us" in your prayers. Anyone who has had a sick little one knows how hard it is when you cannot do anything to ease their pain.

Surgery Update!

Thank you to all who prayed for Candace during her gallbladder surgery today. The day started off a little hectic when the hospital called and said there was an emergency surgery in progress with Candace's doctor to stay at home and wait for a phone call. Candace was to be at the hospital at 9:30 a.m. in the morning and her scheduled surgery time was for 11:30 a.m. The hospital called at 11:30 a.m. and said they were ready for Candace. When we got to the hospital they did all the pre-op stuff and Candace went into surgery at 1:10 p.m.. The surgery lasted about an hour, and then she went into recovery. I did not get to see her until about 3:30 p.m. and we were on our way home at 4:00 p.m. Everything went well, and she should be as good as new in a few days. She is in a little pain this evening, but other than that she is doing great. Thank you Jesus, for keeping your hand upon one of the most precious people in my life.

This past Sunday we were in Bakersfield taking family pictures with the whole Condren Family. Here are a few of the pictures of Chloe and her Papa and Granna. I know the pictures are small, there is a problem with the sizing. I will try to figure out what is wrong and fix it as soon as possible. Just wanted to share a few photos of our little girl "CoCo".

Candace's Surgery

Please pray for my beautiful wife on Thursday October 9th for a safe surgery and a quick recovery. Candace is having her gallbladder removed because of the pain that has given her much grief over the past few months. We will keep you posted as to her progress. Thank you in advance for your prayers. It is so good to have so many friends and family that know how to pray!
