Birthday Round-Up

Chloe had a wonderful birthday round-up. All the cowboys and cowgirls came to celebrate her special day. We had pony rides, a bounce house and a petting zoo. Everyone dressed up in their best western wear and we had some good grub. Thanks to all who came to celebrate this special day with our special little girl.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANDACE

Happy Birthday to the most beautiful person I know. On May 25th, Candace celebrated her 26th birthday. Candace is an awesome mother and a loving wife. She is truly wonderful and she puts up with me, which is quite a task. I love Candace with all of my heart and I want to celebrate many more birthday's together. As you get older, you get more beautiful and lovely. Love you babe- Josh

Target's Littlest Shopper

Chloe has learned from her mom that shopping at Target is fun. In fact she takes her own shopping basket around the store and does her own shopping. It was quite funny watching her push the basket around the store. They learn young. She is only 11 months old and already one of Target's best shoppers.

Chloe is quite the case at 11 months old. She is such a joy to have around, always laughing and giggling. I took this video of her the other night and thought I would share it. She was cracking up, and she made us all laugh. Hope you enjoy!

Celebration of Life Service

Celebration of Life Services for Lucille Tredway will be held this Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at The Original United Pentecostal Church of Strathmore. All are welcome to come and join with us as we celebrate the wonderful life of this precious woman.

What A Loss

Today our family is missing one of the most precious people in the world. Lastnight, Lucille Tredway, my sweet grandmother passed away. She was a lovely mother, grandmother and senior pastor's wife. All who knew her will have a void in their heart. Please continue to pray for the Tredway family as we mourn her loss. We know where she is at, home with grandpa, but we miss her so very much. Thanks for your prayers and concern.

Sunny California Day

The other day when mom was at work, daddy and Chloe got up early and enjoyed a beautiful California Day. The weather was cool and sunny, perfect to go outside and take pictures in the front yard. Chloe had a lot of fun touching the flowers, trying to put the newly picked petals in her mouth. What a fun day we had together.

The Little Musician

Chloe loves to play the piano like daddy. She decided it was her turn to beat the keys, Pentecost style.

What Really Matters?

At the end of the day, what really matters? Is it the new car, the bigger house, the better job? Or is it friends, family and God that matter the most. I know there are a lot of people going through hard times right now, but always remember...at the end of the day...what really matters.



She is all that really matters to me.

We're Back!!!!!!!!

I know it has been a long time since I last blogged. The reason is we have been very busy the last few weeks. First of all, Candace and I took a little 4th anniversary trip to Carmel. It was wonderful and we had a great time. It was the first time that we had left Chloe overnight and we were very apprehensive, but it turned out she was just fine without us for a couple of days, surprising I know. Here is a picture of Candace and I on Carmel Beach.



Then that same week we went to Megan Bolen's wedding in Chico. The wedding was beautiful and everything went great. Although the 5 1/2 hour drive was very long, we all made it and had a fun time. Here are some pictures from the wedding.








We drove all the way home on Saturday night after the wedding to be in service on Sunday morning. We had a special service planned with Bro. Terry Vik and we did not want to miss what was in store. Bro. Vik did an awesome job ministering to our church in his unique dramatic way. Here is a picture of Bro. Vik and my dad, Pastor T. Tredway.

So, this is what has been happening in our lives along with my student teaching, working at the high school, and everything else. This week I did finish my first portion of student teaching and only 9 more weeks to go. Now you are all caught up with our busy life. Until next time.

Here is Chloe's Valentine card for all of you. She was 8 months old on Feb. 12th. She is trying to walk, and standing on her own pretty good. She sends her love and kisses to all her friends and family. XOXOXOX

Little Pirates

Watch out for these little Pirates. They are looking for treasure. Actually at the time they were looking for some dinner. We had a great time with my sister and her kids this weekend. We missed Jay, he had to fly.

7 Months of Blessings

Today our Little Chloe is 7 months. She has been such a blessing to us and we love her so much. At church she is so much fun, bouncing to the music and everyone just loves her. Chloe is not crawling, she is trying to walk. She thinks she is a big girl already. She is laughing and clapping her hands now, and she really knows how to throw a good fit, it goes along with the RED hair. This year we started off a lot different than last year. This year we have another blessing to be so thankful for.
