Here is a picture of my wonderful parents. My dad is an awesome father, a great pastor and a constant friend. My mother is the sweetest thing in the world, truly beautiful on the inside and out. If you know them I am sure that you would agree, and if not then you should meet them sometime. I am very blessed to have loving parents who care for me and raised me in a Godly home. There were times during my youth when I thought that they were too strict, but as I grow older I am thankful for the restrictions that they placed upon my life and the pain and sorrow they saved me from. The stand that they took for God and the standards that they enforced was not to hurt me, it was for my protection. Today I love God and I love going to church. I am involved in the ministry and have a desire to raise my family in church. Thank God for parents who still stand up for what is right! We need more parents that will draw the line and say "For me and my house we're going to serve the Lord". It doesn't matter who else is doing it, or who else is going there, or who else is wearing them. Thanks mom and dad for instilling in me the Christian values that direct my life today.

Any parent would be honored to have their son (or daughter) give them such a glowing tribute. It was a blessing to read your words.

What a great honor you have given to your parents in this post. I agree with you whole heartedly. I have known them for many years now, since Jr camp. I have always admired your mom. She is definitely a Godly woman. I have never seen her anywhere without a smile upon her face. Your parents have always stood firm for Christian Values. You and your sister are truly blessed to have them for parents.

Joshua, we are so very lucky to have these two for parents. I believe no one knows them better than you and I. They are who I strive to be daily for my babies. I respect and honor them with every fiber of my being. I know that you will be a wonderful daddy to Chloe. I love you more than you will ever know!!!!
